Zuma, the contemporary Japanese restaurant first established in London, has introduced a new brunch experience at its Dubai location. This addition broadens the restaurant’s modern izakaya dining and inventive mixology, offering a unique culinary journey for both regular patrons and first-time guests. The brunch at Zuma Dubai presents diners with an extensive array of signature dishes, combining Baikingu (buffet), à la carte, and bottomless menu concepts. This approach allows guests to enjoy a variety of Zuma’s renowned cuisine in a relaxed setting.
The experience features unlimited sushi, with a selection of meticulously crafted rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. Live robata cooking stations, where chefs grill premium meats and seafood, are a highlight. The atmosphere is further enlivened by live performances, adding an energetic and sophisticated touch to the meal. Zuma’s brunch is part of a global offering, available from Dubai to Mykonos.
