Just Google IoT and you\u2019ll find an avalanche of content about it already. From brands, restaurants, even auditoriums; everyone and everything want a piece of this humungous, majestic cake called the Internet of Things. And the fact that it\u2019s so readily available now, is just the icing on this symbolic cake.
\nWith every industry warming up to this global phenomenon, it is only a matter of time before IoT becomes the norm in the education sector as well. Several institutions have already begun the transition to smarter versions of themselves.
\nSo does this mean we bid farewell to the traditional chalk-blackboard method of teaching? Not quite.
\nHere\u2019s all that IoT can bring to the (classroom) table.<\/p>\n

\nBack when we were young, a regular lesson meant reading and copying notes from our prescribed books as the teacher droned on. The only change being when you\u2019d have a practical lesson.
\nBut with interactive learning brought about by Smart Boards, videos, animations interactive webinars, it\u2019s a practical class every single day. The regular textbooks are also incorporated on websites that include additional material to aid the learning process.

\nIn a class of twenty to thirty children, it is near impossible to keep track of every student every second of the day. Multiply the number of students by sections, then by grades, and knowing where they all are at all times might just lead you in the Guinness Book of World Records!
\nThis is why IoT enabled technology like 3D Positioning is perfect to help educational institutes recognize and monitor the students\u2019 presence, activity and progress, at any time. This is perfect not just to track students\u2019 growth, but also help raise alarm in case of emergencies.<\/p>\n
